Colinas Pacificas is a gated development of twenty one lots located in the hills of Platanillo (a very popular gringo community) between San Isidro and Dominical. This is the only lot for sale in this private community and it has an ocean view, lots of area for building and it's own private waterfall. This lot is very private yet has incredibly easy road access. There is good water from the city and electric is at the entrance to the lot.
There is a large common area at the entrance of Colinas Pacificas and the caretaker's house is owned by the association. The caretaker is very hardworking and will do work on the lot if requested. There is a chain across the only access in to the development. A keypad controls the chain and the caretaker's family lives along side the gate. The annual maintenance fee is about $200. There is an additional charge if work is done on your particular lot. Property taxes are $100 annually.
